Holy Spirit Boys plays in the MVL Division and is compromised by the schools in the Fremont and surrounding Tri-city area (Fremont, Newark and Union City)

Holy Spirit Girls teams play in a combined SAC-Metro League with schools participating from a number of cities.

A season typically lasts 3 months ending in Division playoffs, leading to an entry into the Oakland Diocese Tourney, where winning teams from the respective leagues, face off for a run at an Oakland Diocese Championship.
